About Me


Brandon is a lifelong chef who has a background in science. When he was still a child, he already had a passion with cooking. It makes him excited and inspired if his dishes make people smile. Despite his passion for food, he still followed his mother’s dream to get a degree in Science. So right after he got his degree in Science. He immediately continued to follow his dream which is to become a Chef.

With his love for cooking and background in Science he spent time in Germany learning the art behind how freezing food does not affect the freshness. Aside from learning new techniques of cooking and researching anything about food he also spends his free time training new tricks to his dog (Max – golden retriever) who he considers his research assistant.
